I welcome it—not with resistance, but with awareness.
In leadership, entrepreneurship, or any path that requires decision-making and visibility, criticism is inevitable.
But rather than avoiding it, I’ve learned to accept it as a sign that I’m being seen.
That my work, my voice, and my presence are creating impact—enough to spark opinion, reaction, or scrutiny.
Criticism often reveals more than disapproval. It shows that something about you matters enough for others to respond. And in that, there is quiet strength.
I don’t view criticism as failure.
I view it as a mirror—sometimes harsh, often uncomfortable, but always valuable.
If we listen carefully, it teaches us resilience, sharpens our thinking, and strengthens our character.
Let criticism refine you, not define you.
